Kensington Group plc is the only independent specialist lender listed on the London Stock Exchange. The Group includes three wholly owned subsidiaries which trade as Kensington Mortgages, Kensington Personal Loans and TML and three partners, which trade as Money Partners, Start Mortgages and Bluestep.

Kensington is a pioneer of the specialist mortgage market and provides lending solutions to borrowers who do not conform to the rigid criteria of traditional lenders, such as the self-employed, contractors, older borrowers, temporary employees, borrowers who require larger loans and those with adverse credit history.
