Hammerson/Domaine
Hammerson UK Properties and Domaine Developments are joint owners and developers of the site to the north of Paddington Station known as the 'Triangle Site', adjacent to Bishop's Bridge Road. In November 2005 Hammerson/Domaine submitted a planning application for a flagship commercial scheme, providing 200,000 sq ft of office space together with ancillary retail use. New service access was proposed from Bishop's Bridge Road, with pedestrian access at canalside. The scheme has been withdrawn pending confirmation of the Crossrail construction timetable and operations.
